This Is What I do

Do you put on weight due to constant take away food? Phew, I am glad that I don’t gain weight because of eating take out food often! ^.^

You know what I do when I eat take out food? Well, eat 2/3 of the food instead of finishing the whole pack/box! If the food is kind of oily, then I will eat even less.

I am glad that I am feeling much better now compared to a few days ago. Honestly speaking, I don’t know why I became very depressed a few days ago. :-(

Anyway, I am getting okay now. I am slowly back to doing my online work and writing one blackberry torck review after another.

May God take care of my health and well being so that I don’t feel depressed again. Amen.

Shop Online

Since hubby has gone out shopping for some sneakers, I might as well shop online to see if I can find a discounted memory foam mattress.

If my current mattress is still quite firm and in relatively good condition, it’s for sure that I will get a memory foam mattress topper instead of a new mattress. But unfortunately, it’s not.

As hubby and I spend more than 1/3 of our time sleeping, the importance of a healthy and accurate mattress cannot be ignored.

At The Age Of 40

Hubby will only be back from his business trip tomorrow night. Tonight, I am going to be home alone. @_@

At the age of 40, I am still scared of sleeping alone at night. To ward off my fear, I normally blog until I am dead tired or have the music turned on when I sleep.

Tonight, I may blog about how to lose weight until I am exhausted. I have to because there is due date for the online work I am doing.

Can I blog until 1 am? I doubt I can do it. I am quite an early sleeper now compared to two years ago.

Do You Need Diet Pills To Lose Weight?

You are lucky if you don’t need weight loss pills that work to help you lose weight. Many, including me, aren’t as lucky as you are.

I am currently taking diet pills to help me shed some pounds and inches. Of course, I also drink weight loss powder 2 times a day to burn fat and have slimming massage treatment once a week to tone and firm my body.

By undergoing these three ways of losing weight, I find losing weight fast and easy.

Wow, No More Online Work?

So, why are they still online? Aren’t they supposed to go get some sleep now? Well, they have kids that they have to care for.

Only those blogging buddies who have family members or maids to take care of the kids are in their slumberland now.

Cut Down On Oily & Fat Food

Phew, what a full lunch hubby and I had just now! It’s KFC, but it’s yummy.

Hubby and I don’t always eat KFC because you know, fast food is oily and fat building. Eating fried chickens will spoil my weight loss plan.

If you are losing weight now with the diet pill or best muscle building supplement products, don’t waste your weight loss efforts.

Cut down on oily and fat foods.
