Lee DeWyze Is In Top Three ‘American Idol’

Thursday, May 13th, 2010

While considering whether I should buy memory card that I came across at the online store, my blogging pal beeped me and said ‘Lee DeWyze made it’ to the final.

I was like, huh, who? Who was Lee DeWyze? What final? Apparently he is one of the American Idol contestants and he is now one of the top 3.

Once again, sweet, handsome contestant was much preferred by the voters. Poor Michael “Big Mike” Lynche!

Remember Kris Allen, the next door American boy? The winner was supposed to be Adam Lambert, and not Kris Allen!

Panda Woman?

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010

Argh, I hate my dark circles around eyes! Do you hate yours?

You know, whenever I stop using the eye cream, the dark circles will appear and make me a ‘panda woman’. Ya, hubby loves to call me ‘panda woman’ whenever he sees my eye bags big and dark.

Perhaps I should consider getting a few eye treatments at a beauty salon nearby my house.

According to my blogging pal, her dark circles reduced tremendously after trying a few eye treatments at the beauty house nearby her place.

Gosh, Beware Of Your Gmail Account!

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

While looking for some hot tub spa covers online this morning, my blogging pal beeped me and warned me to change my gmail’s password more often.

What happened? Apparently, her gmail account was hacked and the hacker used her gmail address to send sp@mmy mails to all her contacts in the account.

Gosh, I was both surprised and worried! Would this happen to my gmail too? Without hesitation, I went to change the password for my gmail account to a more complicated combination.

Free Gift To Blogging Pal

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

My blogging pal loves the free gift I gave her the other day. I told her where she could watch her favorite cop, FBI and CSI TV shows!

This means when she needs a break from her insurance marketing projects or other assignments, she can hop over to the TV show site to enjoy an episode or two.

I do so too when I have many assignments and blog posts that need to be completed in a few days. After writing a few lengthy posts, I will reward myself with an episode of Criminal Minds or CSI: Miami. ;-)

It’s Either Hubby Or I Get To Enroll In An Online University

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Seeing that my blogging pal is determined to enroll in an online university to further improve herself, I am thinking if it’s possible for hubby to study a master program or me to study a degree program.

According to my blogging buddy, Western Governors University or WGU is a non-profit online university that offers a very flexible and affordable education online.

Most important of all, there is tuition and financial aid available. There are low interest loans that hubby or I can apply for should he or I need any financial aid.

To be honest, it’s not possible for both hubby and I to study at the same time. Due to money constraints, it’s EITHER he or I get to study. :-)

Go Shopping For Dr Scholl’s Arch Supports & Kohler Faucets

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

Dr Scholl's Arch Pain Relief OrthoticsHubby’s new job requires him to walk and stand a lot. As a result, he has had pain in the heel and the arch just before the heel for a few days.

My blogging pal told me to check out Dr Scholl’s Adjustable Arch Pain Relief Orthotics.

Her husband used to complain about his feet hurting a lot and since he has been wearing the arch pain relief orthotics, my blogging pal has not heard any complaint.

I am going to get hubby a pair of Dr Scholl’s arch pain relief supports when I go shopping for Kohler faucet for my leaking faucet.

Hopefully the adjustable arch pain relief orthotics help alleviate his pain in heel.

So, He Dislikes Her Taking Weight Loss Pills To Lose Weight

Monday, August 24th, 2009

A blogging pal who is celebrating her second wedding anniversary in October is so troubled now.

She doesn’t know how she is going to be able to continue living with her husband’s bad habits.

He is so untidy. He snores terribly. He dislikes her taking weight loss pills to lose weight. He doesn’t listen to her anymore.

I think it’s best to talk it out soon. The earlier on in their relationships that they can express what really bugs them, the better, right?
