Argh, Increasing Expenses!

Argh, hubby spent a bit too much this week! He thought I didn’t know how much he spent and where he spent the money on.

Of course, I know. I just have to log onto his online saving account and dig out receipts from his pockets, wallet and office case without his knowledge.

The obvious spending was on an unlocked phone that he showed me the moment he stepped into the house. Mad or not? Its’ for sure!

Ya, I become mad when I see increasing expenses. Increasing expenses mean less money can be kept as emergency fund, you know.

Save Up The Valentine Gift Money

Speaking of Valentine’s Day gift, I am not the only who is not going to give a gift this year. There are lots of blogger moms out there that I know aren’t interested either.

It’s because of bad economy and jobloss fear that they would rather save up the gift money in the emergency fund.

Another reason is too much gift choosing and wrapping for the Christmas season that it takes a bit time to recuperate.

Save Up For Emergency Fund First

Is paying off credit card debt fast still my priority? No, I don’t think so. At least, not for the time being.

Since I am in a free debt management program now, my priority is to save up for emergency fund.

Once I have had enough for the initial fund, I will focus on both saving for more emergency fund and paying off credit card debt.
