With hiking fuel and food prices, I guess many working mamas are like me doing their best to exercise control on their spending.
As I am a working mama loaded with some credit card debt, I have to be even more cautious when it comes to shopping for gifts.
Instead of buying new arrivals, I turn to buying cheap bargains or best deals as gifts. I don’t mean cheap stuff. I mean high quality, yet cheap bargains as cheap unique gifts.
Checking out the Deal of the Day is one of my ways of saving some bucks. Buying cheap bargains or best deals indeed saves me money.
Whenever I need to buy shoes, I will browse through a small selection of shoes that are at mind-blowing prices. Since the Deal of the Day is carried out every day, except weekends, there is always a pair or a few pair of thongs, sandals, or shoes that appeal to me.
Talk about bling. I love this pair of Blowfish thongs. See the detailed metal and glass beads arranged in a decorative pattern?
Yes, the thongs are under the Deal of the Day now. There are a few more pairs that appeal to me, so I need some time to make up my mind.
What if they are gone when I return after my acne treatment? It’s okay. The Deal of the Day is carried out every day. There is always a pair or a few pairs of thongs that attract to me.

I always hope that by doing more household chores, I can lose weight faster. I know it sounds silly to lose weight this way. My buddy has tried to encourage me to lose weight using Phentermine pills, but to no avail.
There are so many ways of losing weight, so taking diet pills will only be my very very last resort.
Look! I have got myself this Shoe Organizer. Like many women out there, I have too many shoes! My tennis shoes, sandals, and pumps fit in nicely, but for my larger shoes, like clogs or boots, they don’t fit in nicely at all.
It does a good job as of right now of keeping my shoes organized and off the floors. I would recommend this Shoes Away Over the Door Shoe Organizer for people who live in apartments or need a quick and easy shoe organizer.
This Shoe Organizer also solves the problem of the dog raiding the closet, picking out and eating my best shoes.

Not sure how to go about choosing the best pair of shoes to prevent tired, aching feet at the end of the day? Here are some tips to ensure that the pair you are about to fork out big bucks for is as comfortable as possible.
1. Material: Natural materials are best, and our experts agree that leather is the superior choice. It is breathable, comfortable and moulds to the wearer’s feet, thereby ensuring the most comfortable fit. Cheaper materials like PVC not only pinch the foot, but also cause it to sweat and release odours.
2. Fitting: Simply buying discount shoes based on your shoe size is unwise, as shoes made in different countries have different specifications. You should walk around in the shoes for at least five to 10 minutes to ensure that the size is right and they are comfortable while walking.
3. Heel Height: The ideal heel height for shoes is one-and-a-half to two inches. Heels that are too high will place too much pressure on the spine and joints; those that are too low will affect the heel of the foot.
4. General Comfort: Make sure the widest part of the foot sits well within the shoe, otherwise the sides of the foot will chafe against the shoe. If you have problems such as flat or arched feet, make sure your shoes provide adequate support.
For sandals, look at features such as toe bars and a metatarsal support that allow the foot to be positioned comfortably.
