Hubby bought an antique watch for me from the flea market while he got himself some golf training aids and equipment.

I was not so upset when I saw hubby come home with the old stuffs.  Perhaps it’s because we have extra money in hand.

If there is no extra money in hand or we are tight on budget, I will surely pull a long face when hubby spends money on old stuffs without informing me first.

I am the one who does the budgeting, so he has to let me know early to avoid insufficient money the end of the money.

A buddy asks what I think about gifting friends some inexpensive funny t-shirts this Xmas. He is quite tight these two months, therefore he thinks of giving some cheap or inexpensive Xmas gifts this year.

Why not? He is not the only one who is lacking in money. There are many people out there are also tight on budget this holiday season.

It’s the thought that counts when it comes to giving gifts. Don’t you think so?
